Reebok Settlement Press Release

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Reebok Settlement for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I bought a pair of toner shoes in the past two years because they suddenly became very popular with people who wanted to tone their legs. They promoted a healthy lifestyle which encouraged outdoor activity.  But everything has not been so healthy for some users of a certain brand of toner shoe.  The Reebok company has agreed to a settlement for their toning shoes, including Easy Tone, RunTone, JumpTone, SlimTone, EasyTone Flip, TrainTone, and SimplyTone.

Here is the press release:

New Message

If you purchased these Reebok toning shoes and/or apparel from December 5, 2008 through October 12, 2011, you may be eligible to receive Reebok settlement or Reebok refunds. The lawsuit alleges that Reebok violated certain state laws regarding the marketing and sale of toning shoes and apparel. Reebok denies all wrongdoing. The Court did not decide which side was right. Instead, the parties have decided to settle.  The eligible apparel are EasyTone Capri, EasyTone Shorts, EasyTone Sleeveless Shirt, EasyTone Pants, EasyTone Long Bra Top and EasyTone Short Sleeve Top.  If you have bought Reebok toning shoes or apparel during the covered time periods, you can get more information by calling their toll free number at 1-888-398-5389.

I love the brand Reebok and somehow I feel sorry for the company that this issue was raised. Since the court did not decide, I would not be here to judge either.
