whoah! You're coming home? :) That's good to hear.

I think the Nikon d90 is superfine. I have a Nikon d40, a cheaper and more basic sister of the Nikon d90, and it works just fine. :)

Why happened to your laptop? The gray Skechers looks cool to me. ;) So jealous that you´ll be going back home soon.

I´m oggling that Nikon d90 too but we´re moving to a new flat which means more expenses and so no chance of buying it right now.

So sorry about the lost pics... I do CD/ DVD back-ups aside from my external hard drive back-up. You cannot trust technology so it's better to ba safe than sorry.

Regarding the camera, didn't you consider Canon? I'm such a Canon fanatic and they really give good pics. xoxo

weeee!! u dont really have to buy the latest dslr, it actually depends on the user. i only have a d60 for 4 months and im still getting to know my camera. d90 has a lot of features that a d60 doesn't have. but if u want to learn the basics and just take pictures, no videos.. d60 or d5000 would be good for starters and who can;t afford a d90. but if you can afford the d90, why not? go for it! hehehe

nikon or canon.. it all depends on your hands! *wink*
